Sending service messages (login/recovery, technical notifications, receipts/invoices).

Paid access/subscription and billing operation.

Support, service quality improvement and usage analytics.
3. Processed Data Composition
3.1
Identification and contact data: e-mail, name (if specified), user type, selected settings.
3.2
Technical data: IP address, user agent, cookies, device parameters, interface action logs (service event logging).
3.3
Payment data is processed by the payment provider; We receive statuses and operation identifiers necessary for providing access and accounting.
4. Legal Grounds and Consent
4.1
Processing is carried out on the basis of conclusion and execution of a contract (clause 5, part 1, article 6 of Federal Law-152).
4.2
In cases where consent is required, the User provides it during registration/by marking the checkbox under the form (article 9 of Federal Law-152). Consent is specific, informed and unambiguous and can be revoked in the manner established in section 10.
5. Service and Marketing Messages
5.1
Service emails (login, recovery, important notifications, receipts) are sent without separate permission as they are necessary for the contract.
5.2
Marketing/newsletter emails are sent only with the User's prior consent; unsubscribe is available in profile settings.
6. Cookies and Analytics
6.1
We use cookie files and analytics tools for correct interface operation and statistics. The User can restrict cookie usage in browser settings; some functions may work incorrectly in this case.
6.2
Upon first visit to the site, a brief cookie notification is displayed with a link to this Policy.
7. Transfer to Third Parties (Processing Assignment)
7.1
Personal data may be processed by our contractors (mail, hosting, analytics, and payment providers) based on processing assignment agreements. Such persons undertake to ensure confidentiality and use data only within the purposes specified by us.

We do not transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes (sale/exchange/rental) without the User's separate consent.
8. Storage Periods and Location

Account data is stored for the duration of service use. Logs/backups and backup copies are stored in the volume and period necessary to ensure security, functionality, and compliance with legal requirements, after which they are subject to deletion or anonymization.
8.2
Main servers and databases are located in the territory of the Russian Federation.
9. Cross-Border Transfer
9.1
Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out.
10. User Rights
10.1
The User has the right to request access to their personal data, demand their clarification, deletion, restriction of processing, and receive information about processing.
10.2
The User has the right to revoke consent to personal data processing by sending a request with the subject 'Consent Withdrawal' to admin@music-list.ru. After identity verification, processing will be stopped, and data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 calendar days, unless other periods are established by law.
10.3
Requests regarding personal data processing should be sent to admin@music-list.ru; responses are provided within the timeframes established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
11. Security Measures
11.1
We apply organizational and technical measures for personal data protection, including traffic encryption (HTTPS), segregation and access control, action auditing, backup, and security event monitoring.
12. Policy Changes
12.1
We have the right to make changes to this Policy. The current edition is always available on the site.
12.2
We will notify you of significant changes by e-mail specified during registration.
13. Consent to Personal Data Processing
13.1
By clicking the "Register" button and/or marking the checkbox "I agree to the Privacy Policy and User Agreement", the User confirms that they have familiarized themselves with this Policy, understand its content, and give consent to the Operator for processing their personal data in the volume and for the purposes specified above.
13.2
Consent is valid until the processing purposes are achieved or until its revocation by the User in the manner provided for in section 10.
